How we handle your information.

Holistic Business Network ("HBN," "we," "us") is a global membership community for wellness entrepreneurs. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at holisticbiznetwork@gmail.com.

We only collect what you type into our forms — the membership inquiry, the City Director application, and the corporate wellness inquiry. That can include your name, email address, phone number, business details, city, website or social links, and your written answers.

We don't collect anything else, and we don't track you around the web.

To respond to your inquiry, review applications, and contact you about membership, chapters and corporate wellness. That's it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.

When you submit a form, your answers are stored in our website's database and in a Google Sheet so our team can follow up. We send confirmation emails through Gmail.

Our service providers are Lovable (hosting and database) and Google. They process information on our behalf to run the site and deliver these messages.

Our homepage embeds a YouTube video. If you press play, YouTube may set cookies on your device — its own privacy policy applies to that. We also link to Instagram, LinkedIn and Skool; those platforms have their own privacy policies once you leave our site.

Only as long as needed for the purposes above — responding to your inquiry and following up on membership, chapters or corporate wellness.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time — just email us at holisticbiznetwork@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. You can also opt out of our emails at any time.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the latest version.
