Michelle Fletcher
Founder & CEO
Michelle Fletcher is originally from England but has resided in Fort Lauderdale, FL for the past 35 years. She had a successful corporate career for over 10 years in Information Technology, but chose to pivot when she lost her job after the recession of 2008. She always had a passion for health & wellness, and was studying to become a personal fitness trainer, when she first learned how nutrition plays a pivotal role in overall health.
She partnered with the Juice Plus/Tower Garden company in 2011, and has been living & sharing her passion for nutrition & exercise ever since. After transforming her own sons health over ten years ago, she decided to become a community partner for healthy living.

She is a Certified Health Coach and is passionate about sharing what she knows. A mother & wife, who transformed her own family's health with the same tools and techniques she shares. She has become a transformational speaker, leader, and mentor for the community as a health advocate. Her passion remains strong in helping women take back control of their health.
Quadeera Teart
Chief Business Strategist
Quadeera Teart is a Business and Pop-Up Events Strategiest. She currently serves as CEO of ManifestHer Media and Marketing, LLC and Publisher of FeelWell Magazine. For over a decade she's been teaching and guiding women led companies strategies to get seen, heard and paid doing what they're most passionate about.

ManifestHer Media & Marketingis a media and marketing company focused on the growth and expansion of women-owned and health and wellness businesses.
​
Over the past decade, she's coached and consulted hundreds of women in business, from online course creators, authors, holistic health and wellness professionals, multi-level marketers, and more.
​
Throughout her career she's had the pleasure of sharing the stage with Harriet Cole, former editor-in-chief at Ebony Magazine, TV Personality & Entrepreneur, Yandy Smith-Harris and led brand initiatives for Honey Shine, Inc., a non-profit founded by Tracy W. Mourning.

As she continues to grow personally and professionally in the health and wellness space, she seeks to create and collaborate on projects that lift the vibration of women, families and communities into a more holistically well future.
